Shipping Options and General Information
We only ship within the United States and Canada. We offer Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping options to addresses within the United States. Most orders ship via UPS however occasionally an order will ship via DHL.
Exact shipping, handling, and insurance costs are calculated at checkout.
Our Laptops, Desktops, and Servers are custom built for each order and generally ship according to these guidelines:
- Laptops ship within 10 business days after placing an order
- Desktops ship within 10 business days after placing an order
- Servers ship within 10 business days after placing an order.
Once an order has shipped you will be notified via email of the tracking information. We will also notify you if for any reason your order is delayed. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email

Estimate For Shipping and Handling and Insurance to Canada
Canadian shipments ship via UPS Express service. Generally shipments are delivered within 2 business days of shipment. UPS will ship your computer to the nearest Canadian customs office. Once customs clears the package, you will be contacted for delivery authorization to your residence or place of business.
UPS Express service includes shipment fees, insurance fees, and carrier brokerage fees (excluding any GST brokerage fee). System76, Inc. does not charge taxes for orders being shipped to Canada. Customers will be billed Canadian Harmony Tax and any Provincial Tax C.O.D. when you order arrives at the customs office. To determine the duties owed, if any, you can contact your customs office with both the description of your order and its total price.
