Customer Experience Specialist (Denver, CO)

Key responsibilities:
- Working with product assembly teams to ensure timely order delivery. Communicating with customers if there's a delay.
- Answering customer inquiries and solving customer request by phone and email
- Processing upgrades and returns
- Verify credit card address information for non-conforming orders
- Ensure accurate pricing with upstream manufacturers
- Shipping 'Powered by Ubuntu' stickers and inserts throughout the world
- Keeping office supplies stocked
- Keeping the assembly team stocked with production materials
- Discussing System76 and Ubuntu with potential customers
Required skills and experience:
- Excellent, demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about Ubuntu and Open Source software
- Organized
Desirable skills and experience:
- Ability to clearly discuss the merits of Ubuntu
- Experience with social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Google Docs
